Overview

As an LMS Administrator at TaskUs, you will manage the LMS user experience and ensure compliance while providing support to users with LMS issues.

In Short

  • Manage the LMS user experience and ensure compliance.
  • Generate reports and maintain the compliance dashboard.
  • Coordinate with departments to increase compliance.
  • Monitor LMS enrollments and create/assign courses.
  • Conduct alpha and beta testing for LMS tools.
  • Interact with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain the course structure and upload course content.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for compliance reports.
  • Review SCORM packages for functionality.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in L&D systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System, preferably Moodle.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite Applications or Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail in data review.
  • Knowledge of learning theories and methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical literacy with new software and tools.
