Overview

As a Junior Talent & Culture Coordinator at Livit International, you will support the People & Culture team in shaping a performance-driven culture within a hybrid work environment.

In Short

• Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Conduct and coordinate online & offline interviews in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Manage job postings across ATS platforms and job boards.
• Coordinate quarterly KPI & OKR cycles across departments.
• Support performance review processes and follow-ups.
• Improve performance-based review systems.
• Build and maintain SOPs and internal processes.
• Coordinate team building and employee engagement activities.
• Administer company tools like Google Workspace.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related fields.
• Experience in coordinating recruitment and remote hiring processes.
• Comfortable conducting interviews in English.
• Experience with KPI, OKR, and Holacracy.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Interest in performance management and organizational development.
• Experience with SOP creation is a plus.
• Comfortable in a hybrid and fast-moving environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.
