  • Coordinate between clients and internal resources.

  • Measure success by expansion of Litify and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Intermediate Admin level tasks in Salesforce.
  • Strong aptitude for new technologies.
  • 2 years experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • 5 years experience in customer-facing positions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
