Signature and Forms Reviewer for Immigration Law Firm - Remote

Overview

The Signature & Forms Reviewer will call our clients and review all forms and declaration with them once their case is ready for review. The Reviewer ensures that the client agrees to all documentation, form particulars, and content in the declaration before the client signs.

In Short

• Call clients to review forms and declarations
• Ensure client agreement on documentation
• Utilize RingCentral for client calls
• Read declarations in Spanish
• Make corrections based on client feedback
• Verify and collect additional information from clients
• Detail verification of declarations with clients
• Work schedule: Tuesday to Friday 2pm-11pm EST, Saturday 10am-7pm EST
• Payrate: $6.20/hour
• Part-time position

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Experience in Virtual/Legal Assistance, Immigration
• At least two years of experience in a similar position
• One year working remotely
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude and adaptability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time
• Social work or Virtual Assistance experience
