In Short

• Support adults with mental health needs.
• Undertake social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014.
• Hold a caseload of service users requiring complex case management.
• Work within Mental Health Care and Support Teams.
• Have several years of experience in relevant Mental Health teams.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK license.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
