An exciting job role has recently become available at the London Borough of Croydon Council. They are looking for a new member for their Hospital & D2A Team. In Short

• Conduct assessments and ensure timely discharges.
• Take personal responsibility for continuing professional development.

• Provide support and cover for the Team Manager and/or Principal Manager.
• Participate in performance management systems.

• Support social work students on placement.

• Contribute to information management processes.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience in social work.
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in assessments and timely discharges.
