In Short

• Manage the current Transition allocation list and address backlog of referrals.
• Ensure timely assessments for young people transitioning to Adult Services.
• Handle complex cases, including risk assessment and management.
• Oversee the teaching and assessment of social work students.
• Provide evidence in court for care proceedings.
• Work in a hybrid model with a mix of office and home-based work.
• Be recognized as a reliable source of knowledge and expertise.
• Demonstrate understanding of various social work intervention theories.
• Post-qualified experience required.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
• Post-qualified experience.
