Qualified Social Worker – Adults Hospital/Short Term Support - Remote

Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Lancashire based Adults Hospital/Short Term Support team.

In Short

• You will take personal responsibility for continuing professional development and maintaining performance levels.
• You will manage your time effectively and respond flexibly to service needs.
• You will provide support and cover for the Team Manager and/or Principal Manager.
• You will actively participate in the performance management system, including supervision, PAR, team meetings, and service reviews.
• You will follow departmental health and safety procedures.
• You will develop skills through work experience in various divisional situations, such as secondments, job rotation, and shadowing.
• You will contribute to information management processes.
• You will support social work students on placement under the direction of the Principal or Practice Manager.
• You will need to understand and integrate into practice the key policies of the council in relation to social care with adults.

Requirements

• You must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK.
• You need to hold a full UK driving licence.
• You must possess post-qualified experience.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is required.
