Overview

As a Qualified Social Worker, you will support adults and carers, focusing on Adult Safeguarding and front-door decision-making in Stockton-On-Tees.

Requirements

• Provide a comprehensive social work service within Stockton Borough’s First Contact team.
• Support adults and carers, focusing on Adult Safeguarding.
• Manage referral waiting lists and prioritize cases.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Team Manager and Adult Safeguarding Team.
• Must hold SWE registration and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Post-qualified experience is necessary.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Degree level qualification in Social Work required.
