An exciting job role has recently become available at Leeds. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Community Team.

In Short

• Provide high-quality social work services to adults, carers, and the community.
• Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and care management.
• Manage complex caseloads involving risk assessment and needs identification.
• Conduct safeguarding investigations and represent the Authority in multi-agency settings.
• Participate in the AMHP rota and Practice Educator Level 2 role.
• Utilize strong communication skills and manage conflicts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Maintain relevant professional qualifications and registration.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Remote/hybrid working available.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
