The Mental Health Practitioner role involves assessing, planning, and reviewing health and social care needs for service users with an offending history, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience in social work.
