Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) - Advanced Professional to join our client's team based in Devon.

In Short

• Provide countywide professional supervision and guidance to non-AMHP qualified staff and students.
• Train, coach, and mentor Trainee AMHPs.
• Contribute to operational developments within the AMHP Service.
• Undertake duties as defined in the Mental Health Act.
• Support Team Managers in case allocation and workload management.
• Ensure case work is planned and reviewed.
• Chair meetings and manage budgets.
• Champion high standards and promote evidence-based practice.
• Commit to anti-racist and anti-discriminatory practices.
• Induct new starters into the team.

Requirements

• Qualified AMHP with significant experience in mental health practice.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Mental Health Act and related legislation.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to maintain high standards of practice.
