An exciting job role has recently become available at Milton Keynes. They are looking for a new member for their Working Age Adults Team.

In Short

• Assess individuals in the community for care packages or support services.
• Collaborate with other professionals to create care plans.
• Provide support to adults with various needs, including physical disabilities, mental health issues, and learning disabilities.
• Engage in carers conversations.
• Manage safeguarding enquiries and ensure client safety.
• Participate in duty and duty back-up rota as required.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
