Account Manager (All Genders) - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager will support Lingoda in becoming the leading educational institution for the qualification of international nursing staff by planning training projects and ensuring high-quality execution while addressing all stakeholder needs.

In Short

• Act as the central contact person for healthcare institutions.
• Organize and manage training projects throughout their duration.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Develop trusting relationships with all stakeholders through proactive communication.
• Maintain relevant data in the CRM system.
• Identify upsell opportunities with clients.
• Provide proactive feedback for strategic process optimization.

Requirements

• Degree or commercial training with at least 2 years of experience in account management.
• Ownership mentality and willingness to optimize tasks.
• Customer satisfaction and retention are priorities.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in stressful situations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital tools.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
