Property Manager - Remote

Overview

The Property Manager is accountable for the overall management and daily operations of the assigned portfolio. They are responsible for administering policies & procedures that promote well-managed, well-maintained buildings including oversight of an administrative and maintenance staff.

• Participating with an inspiring team to operate at their highest efficiency
• Demonstrating knowledge of work order software or tenant request procedures
• Promptly responding to tenant and owner requests in a professional manner
• Abstracting and interpreting lease clauses
• Negotiating RFPs for vendor service contracts
• Creating and implementing a Tenant retention program
• Preparing, reviewing and providing monthly financials and operation reports
• Reviewing AR, AP and monthly tenant billings for accuracy
• Performing CAM reconciliations yearly
• Overseeing tenant improvement projects

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree, or demonstrated experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
• Experience with institutional financial reporting requirements
• Familiarity with TOBY process, LEED/Energy Star reporting
• Proficiency with JD Edwards, Yardi, Kardin software preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, able to prioritize multiple projects
