Technical Delivery Manager - Remote

In Short

• Own the delivery plan from roadmap to release.
• Run the cadence: facilitate planning and agile ceremonies.
• Define and enforce release criteria and manage risks.
• Align stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and milestones.
• Maintain a RAID log for risk and change control.
• Strong experience in IT Project Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence and modern software lifecycle tools.
• Can-do attitude and customer-focused.

Requirements

• 5 years managing tech delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical background in Software Engineering.
• Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Solid planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence and GitHub Actions.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
