Overview

As an Account Manager at Lillio, you will empower Early Childhood Educators and influence learning outcomes for children aged zero to five, working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide expert advice.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling within existing accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of roughly 200 customers.
  • Consistently meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Collect customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in account management or customer success.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mentality.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and SaaS experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
