Intermediate Back-end PHP Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Intermediate Back-End Developer to work on Lightspeed’s Marketing global web properties, APIs, microservices and devops.

In Short

• Work as part of a team to deliver product features and functionality
• Help code & design our key services (websites, APIs and microservices)
• Develop clean, maintainable and scalable code
• Clearly estimate and scope features
• Take part in peer code reviews & brainstorming sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years experience of back-end development
• Experience with PHP
• Understanding of Design Patterns such as MVC (model view controller)
• Basic proficiency in a UNIX/Linux environment
• Experience with Git/Github
• Good communication skills
