Overview

The Senior Product Manager for the Customer Portal will be responsible for the strategic development and continuous improvement of the portal, which serves as the hub for customer onboarding, account management, service interactions, and resource access.

  • Experience with complex SaaS platforms required.
  • Work with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping orthodontic technology.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-facing product expertise in healthcare, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Technical aptitude for guiding engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills for global coordination.
