LightForce Orthodontics, the world’s only provider of patient specific, 3D printed orthodontic braces is looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Quality Engineer.

In Short

• Lead projects to develop specifications and manufacturing control limits.
• Conduct testing using existing and novel methods.
• Provide guidance in the development and validation of product improvements.
• Develop plans to ensure quality is monitored and maintained.
• Work with R&D and Operations teams.
• Focus on prevention, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments.
• Utilize statistical methods for analysis.
• Design production equivalent rapid prototypes.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years work experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Knowledge of statistical methods/analysis.
• Experience in designing production equivalent rapid prototypes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
