Overview

An M365 Administrator will handle IT tickets related to M365 applications and ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively.

  • Handle IT tickets via phone, email, and chat.

  • Participate in workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of Skype for Business, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with AD Connect setup and DNS.
  • Basic PowerShell knowledge.
  • Ability to deploy apps in Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
