Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

Life360 is seeking a driven Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while driving process improvements.

In Short

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and the general ledger.
• Analyze MoM/BvA variances with department leads.
• Manage expense allocations and track prepaid expenses.
• Ensure audit readiness and SOX compliance.
• Drive initiatives for automation and efficiency.
• Lead special projects related to system upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support variance analysis and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Experience in a public company is a plus.
• Effective communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
