We manage our clients’ financial operations so they can focus on growing their product and business.

In Short

• Supports Accounting Manager and Controller with day-to-day accounting needs.
• Manages 15 mid- to full-size clients.
• Handles client engagements with C-level executives.
• Reviews monthly closes and closes the books for clients.
• Defines and implements accounting processes and controls.
• Ensures accurate and timely financial statements and tax filings.
• Identifies inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Requires in-depth knowledge of GAAP.
• Communicates effectively with clients and team members.
• Works closely with accounting, payroll, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Current CPA designation or equivalent experience.
• Four plus years of experience in accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and preparation of audited financial statements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a resourceful nature.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite.
• Experience with payroll processing systems is a plus.
• Intermediate/advanced skills in Google Docs and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong desire to tackle new challenges.
