LibraryIQ Solutions Specialist - Remote

Overview

The LibraryIQ Solutions Specialist will play a key role in product demonstration and delivery while working with a close-knit team on cutting edge technology, which is transforming the way libraries use data to improve operations.

In Short

• Work with the sales team to help research prospective customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Provide product demonstrations and pre-sales support
• Develop in-depth knowledge of LibraryIQ platform
• Lead implementation projects for customer onboarding
• Attend conferences and trade shows to promote LibraryIQ
• Provide updates to managers on sales activities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• MLS or MLIS
• 3+ years of support experience in the library tech industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Creative problem solver, able to prioritize tasks
• 1-2 years of technical experience with library platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong client service orientation
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Knowledge of library industry trends
