Overview

The IB Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting forex products and services, and conducting market research to provide insightful analysis.

  • Actively present company products and services to agents, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and customers.
  • Increase sales from potential customers and search for agents and IBs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Experience in sales or client management, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of forex trading is a plus.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
