Solution Owner - Remote

Overview

The Solution Owner is responsible for implementing innovations and improvements that align with the Delivery vision as part of the LHH IT Team.

In Short

• Single point of ownership for defined Delivery technology solutions.
• Align solution vision/roadmap to LHH Delivery strategy.
• Define scope and acceptance criteria for proposed improvements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
• Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog of features/user stories.
• Engage in Agile planning and retrospectives.
• Monitor performance/adoption and track KPIs/OKRs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Support the team in resolving urgent issues.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in IT or business.
• Proven track record in product/solution ownership.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation and process mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Broad technology awareness.
• Understanding of Agile processes and methodologies.
• Strong project management experience.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Customer-focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
