Overview

The Law Enforcement Policy Training Content Developer will research, review, and author written content across Lexipol’s public safety and local government product lines, ensuring high-quality policy training materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years' law enforcement training experience.
  • Two years' supervisory experience in law enforcement.
  • Three years' experience in developing training content.
  • Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of policy training.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Passion for writing and developing training materials.
