Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Levanta, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the platform and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in ecommerce or affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with CRM software preferred.
  • A passion for customer success.
