Overview

The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between clients and vendors, managing repair and maintenance needs while providing support to junior team members.

In Short

  • Remote position working weekends from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relations for superior satisfaction.
  • Handle customer calls and email requests for services.
  • Manage scheduling and completion of complex project-type services.
  • Act as final escalation point for disputes before Team Lead involvement.
  • Maintain open communication with affiliates per contracts.
  • Provide information and reports to supervisors and clients.
  • Assist in training team members and provide feedback.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of data.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience as a CSRIII preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate industry language.
  • Undergraduate degree or internship preferred.
  • Intellectual agility and adaptability.
  • Property maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of trades.
