In Short

  • Lead and mentor the SG UK leadership team, supporting roles (QA & trainers) and Analysts
  • Define appropriate KPIs for each role and conduct daily monitoring of these KPIs, investigating and addressing any performance issues.
  • Take ownership of and manage team KPIs to ensure that the team performs to the required standards to meet and exceed departmental KPIs
  • Foster a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, togetherness and efficiency within the team
  • Oversee daily operations within the team ensuring that staffing and coverage are adequate on a day to day basis
  • Continuously review and improve team processes, with a key focus on efficiency, quality and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of RG to develop and execute an operational RG strategy which is aligned with the Company’s overall goals and objectives
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority issues, ensuring a timely and compliant resolution
  • Facilitate open communication between teams and departments including other Operations teams, Compliance, Commercial, and Product to improve relationships and processes with key stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with the Compliance requirements, SG policies and evolving SG regulations for the UK market

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience within SG or a related department is required
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Confidence in making decisions under pressure
  • Ability to understand the needs of the wider business and how these relate and affect the SG team
  • Strong ability to build relationships with team members and different stakeholders across the business
  • Capable of aligning team efforts with organizational goals
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate performance metrics and make informed decisions based on these
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing environments and challenges
