Senior Technical Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Technical Compliance Specialist you’ll join a team of all rounders with various backgrounds but who share a unique passion for technology and compliance. You’ll act as a second line of defense to ensure that the regulated product adheres to applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.

In Short

• Mastering product compliance requirements primarily for the Northern Europe and LatAm regions.
• Delivering technical requirements to the Product and Tech organisation.
• Contributing to promoting a compliance culture within the organisation.
• Being highly involved in technical audit activities.
• Mentoring and managing team members as required.
• Supporting and closely cooperating with the Compliance team.
• Contributing to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group.
• Supporting the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries.
• Monitoring and assessing changing requirements in new and existing markets.

Requirements

• A degree in the STEM fields or any subject which can support the role.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the compliance space from the online gambling industry.
• Expertise in relation to the technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Understanding of the Agile methodology and Change management are a plus.
