Overview

LendKey is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data Solutions to lead the development and execution of data-driven products and platforms that power our lending ecosystem. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable AI capabilities, and support customer-centric innovation.

In Short

Define and maintain the roadmap for data solutions.
Translate business needs into scalable data products.
Manage the data product backlog and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams.
Partner with product managers to define reporting needs.
Design data architecture supporting analytics and AI.
Serve as a liaison for internal stakeholders on data strategy.
Support integration of AI capabilities into data platforms.
Identify opportunities for intelligent decision-making.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management or data strategy.
Strong understanding of data architecture and governance.
Experience with modern data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a regulated industry is required.
