In Short

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python or Node.js.
• Integrate and experiment with open-source ML models and OpenAI APIs to power intelligent features.
• Design, test, and deploy A/B experiments across various user segments and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
• Optimize the full stack—from model output to frontend presentation—for performance and usability.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for backend and ML pipelines.
• Support and deploy on-device ML models where applicable.
• Apply basic frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) to support UI integrations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, including full-stack or backend roles.
• Strong proficiency in backend development with Python or Node.js.
• Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science concepts.
• Hands-on experience with open-source ML frameworks and tools like OpenAI.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven feature validation.
• Experience or interest in on-device ML is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue, or vanilla JS).
