Overview

As a Weekend Support Specialist at Lean Tech, you will provide application-level support for Logistics’ Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional user support during weekend operations.

In Short

  • Provide Level 1–Level 3 application support for WMS platforms.
  • Work weekend shifts, either Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday.
  • Troubleshoot user-reported issues within the application UI.
  • Analyze issues independently and identify root causes.
  • Resolve incidents directly when possible and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage and resolve tickets using Jira.
  • Communicate clearly with users and provide guidance.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation.
  • Operate independently during weekend shifts.
  • Work within strict SLA requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in application support or customer-facing IT support roles.
  • Prior exposure to logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Experience supporting WMS and/or TMS systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Jira.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills to prioritize multiple tickets.
