Overview

As the AVP, Customer Strategy, you will be a key leader in shaping and executing League's customer-centric vision, responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer retention and growth across all segments.

In Short

  • Develop and champion the respective strategy for each customer.
  • Understand customer business challenges and motivations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Principals.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years work experience in healthcare management consulting or strategic account management.
  • Experience leading and managing teams of senior consultants.
  • Experience developing user-facing solutions for digital health applications.
  • Experience working with external clients from Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience coordinating and managing cross-functional workstreams.
  • Startup and/or growth stage technology experience preferred.
  • Digital transformation and patient engagement experience a bonus.
