Overview

As the AVP, Customer Strategy & Value Realization, you will be a key leader in shaping and executing League's customer-centric vision, developing resources and practices for measuring and presenting customer value metrics.

In Short

  • Define and document best practices for value realization.
  • Work with teams to define key business outcomes and success metrics.
  • Utilize analytics for value-based reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to embed value realization in customer engagement.
  • Coach the Customer Strategy team on value realization materials.
  • Develop strategies aligning with League's business goals.
  • Understand customer challenges and motivations.
  • Partner with pre-sale value teams for ongoing measurement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Present insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in healthcare management consulting or strategic account management.
  • Experience in a value realization or customer value team.
  • Experience leading teams of senior consultants.
  • Experience developing user-facing solutions for digital health applications.
  • Experience with external clients from Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional workstreams.
  • Startup or growth stage technology experience preferred.
  • Digital transformation and patient engagement experience a bonus.
