• Design and implement proactive talent sourcing strategies across platforms.
• Conduct market mapping to identify top talent in competitor companies and strategic sectors.
• Analyze market trends to enhance recruitment strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
• Proactively engage with potential candidates, personalizing outreach and highlighting company opportunities.
• Assist in posting job ads on various platforms and updating job descriptions as needed.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate tracking.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on job requirements and talent needs.
• Measure key recruitment metrics, including Time to Slate and conversion rates.
