Senior Data & Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. We operate an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. Additionally, we have offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City, where our technical, product, design, and legal teams operate.

In Short

• Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that influence company strategy.
• Design and implement dashboards that track key business metrics and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with compliance, product, and operations teams to build data solutions.
• Analyze market trends and user behavior to inform business strategies.
• Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Experience building dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights.
• Fintech or regulatory compliance experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Proven ability to influence business and product strategy through data insights.
• Experience building dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fintech or regulatory compliance experience is a plus.
