Overview

The Operations Supervisor – Analysis & Program Processing leads a hybrid team of analysts and application processors supporting CLEAResult’s commercial energy efficiency programs, ensuring efficient and accurate processing workflows while driving data analysis efforts.

• Supervise and coach a team of analysts and processing staff.
• Design, document, and optimize operational workflows.

Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, or related field.
