We are seeking a Home-Based Administrative Coordinator to support a fast-growing construction business in the United States, handling administrative functions related to job data, purchase orders, and scheduling.

In Short

  • Handle start desk and order-related administrative functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of job data and purchase orders.
  • Play a key role in job setup and coordination.
  • Check builder scheduling portals for new orders.
  • Create jobs in Foundation and Project Team.
  • Coordinate with Accounting Coordinator on payroll tasks.
  • Manage invoice and documentation processes.
  • Must be available to work U.S. EST hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Enjoy a permanent work-from-home setup.

Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable learning company-specific systems.
