Quality Manager - Remote

Overview

Louth Callan is seeking a Quality Manager to represent the Louth Callan Quality Program on project job sites. This individual will work on-site on utility-scale solar and BESS projects for mid-term and long-term assignments, including out-of-state travel.

In Short

• Lead the execution of field quality tasks across all projects.
• Implement and manage the team’s Quality field execution program.
• Manage project quality performance standards.
• Lead site-specific Quality Plans and ensure compliance.
• Serve as a primary interface between the project team and the on-site Quality team.
• Assist in identifying, hiring, and training quality professionals.
• Complete, review, and maintain quality inspections and reports.
• Lead group-wide quality data collection and trend analysis.
• Support testing and commissioning activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for quality objectives.

Requirements

• Accredited four-year degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years of field quality assurance and/or construction experience.
• Minimum three years of experience managing personnel.
• Experience in a Design/Build environment.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safe workplace practices.
• Experience with cloud-based construction management systems.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA/DAS systems and utility interconnection equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
