The Outpatient Coding System Manager is responsible for overseeing the coding department, ensuring compliance and efficiency in coding practices, and managing the daily operations of coding services.

Requirements

• 5 years of coding experience with leadership roles.

• Certification in medical coding (RHIT, RHIA, CCS) is preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in healthcare applications and coding practices.
• Understanding of privacy and security regulations.
• Leadership and team management experience.
