Overview

Labcorp is seeking a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. This role focuses on improving health and lives by addressing client needs in a timely and efficient manner.

In Short

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims.
  • Evaluate policies and recommend process improvements.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Document all accounts accurately.
  • Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients.
  • Verify eligibility and claim status using various tools.
  • Work independently in a structured remote environment.
  • Meet deadlines and exercise critical thinking skills.
  • Utilize strong phone and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year work experience required.
  • Previous call center and customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous medical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently.
