Microsoft Office 365 Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist/Administrator to join our dynamic End User Computing (EUC) team. In this role, you will help support our IT modernization efforts by providing technical leadership and domain expertise in key Microsoft platforms.

In Short

• Act as the go-to subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications.
• Oversee the daily administration and automation of Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Manage integrations and updates for Microsoft 365.
• Lead or contribute to complex technical projects.
• Develop and deliver training for Microsoft 365 tools.
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards.
• Stay informed of the latest Microsoft 365 features.
• Maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 processes.
• Participate in an On-Call rotation for urgent issues.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience as a Global Admin managing Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint Online.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and services.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies and front-end technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and Graph API.
• Knowledge of mobile device management and data protection.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of modern software development best practices.
