Overview

The LCBO is seeking engaging individuals for the role of Summer Customer Service Representative, responsible for delivering an extraordinary customer experience at retail locations across Ontario.

In Short

• Provide excellent customer service using POS/Cash system.
• Engage with customers and promote donations for sustainability campaigns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Handle inventory and stock replenishment.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs. as needed.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Requirements

• Phenomenal interpersonal and engagement skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid SIN, Student or Work Permit required.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to participate in background checks.
