Overview

LabCorp's Patient Customer Service department is seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service representatives to assist patients with billing issues, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

  • Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients and providers.
  • 85% of calls will involve Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Initiate payment plans for outstanding patient balances.
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve inquiries on calls.
  • Maintain performance goals and proficiency after training.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills are required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous medical or call center experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic setting.
