Overview

The Technical Project Manager will lead the implementation of AI-powered data privacy compliance solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

In Short

Lead and manage end-to-end product implementations for clients.
Coordinate daily with clients and development teams.
Oversee developer activities and ensure quality and deadlines are met.
Act as the main point of contact for delivery.
Provide product expertise to clients during the implementation phase.
Identify and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Create and maintain project tracking documentation.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Project Management or Software Implementation Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge related to SaaS products.
Ability to manage multiple SaaS projects.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Willingness to work ET hours.
Bonus: background in privacy regulations.
