Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Launch Potato, you will play a key role in managing and improving the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections and accurate invoicing, directly supporting the operational and financial health of our business.

• Manage collections and reduce outstanding balances.
• Prepare monthly invoicing reconciliation reports.
• Process monthly invoices for assigned accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience with GSuite, Asana, and Slack.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of AR GAAP accrual requirements.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude toward process changes.
