We are hiring an Operations Associate for our 1Expert team, responsible for onboarding professionals with more than 10 years of work experience in a timely and smooth manner.

• Understand project scope and shortlist experts based on requirements.
• Reach out to professional experts via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing experts.
• Screen experts based on client criteria.
• Manage expert relationships from onboarding to invoicing.
• Schedule appointments or callbacks as required.
• Provide accurate information about client conversations.
• Conduct follow-up calls for expert satisfaction.
• Handle expert complaints and provide solutions.
• Stay updated on service offerings and pricing.
