Trusts & Estates Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our legal team. This role will focus primarily on estate administration and probate matters, supporting attorneys in managing all aspects of the process from initial filings to final distributions.

In Short

• Draft, prepare, and file probate petitions, court pleadings, notices, and related legal documents.
• Assist with estate administration, including asset collection, valuation, and transfer of property.
• Prepare and maintain estate inventories, accountings, and related reports.
• Manage deadlines for probate filings, tax submissions, and court requirements.
• Assist with preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Maintain accurate case files and document management systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years related work experience
• Estate and trust administration experience
• Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
